Preston Elite basketball, it’s directors, coaches, and organizers will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained or suffered by persons participating, whether caused directly or indirectly by the negligence or fault of Preston Elite Basketball. I authorize the programs coaches, directors, and or organizers to act for me in their best judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention. Media Release I hereby grant Preston Elite Basketball permission to use my child’s likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications.
